Pastor Allen Baggett is married to the love of his life, Wendy. They have been married for over 40 years and have one son, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. Together they have committed their lives to Jesus as they serve Connect Church and the Putnam County community with a passion to connect the heart of individuals to Jesus and each other.

Allen and Wendy consider it an honor that God has orchestrated their journey to serve the Connect Church family of friends and members. They believe strongly in the scripture found in 1 Corinthians 12:26 which tells us if one individual is hurting, we are to hurt with them, and if one individual is rejoicing we all rejoice with them. At Connect Church it is our prayer that we experience life together.

Youth Pastors | Connect Church

Dontá and Kanta Allen, proud Putnam County natives, have been happily married since 2012 and were both ordained in 2015. Their ministry journey has taken them through various ministerial roles as ministers, senior pastor, and associate pastor across several communities as life and career in the military opened doors to serve.
Dontá and Kanta, now serve as the Youth Pastors at Connect Church, their greatest calling remains within their own household. As parents to Dalton, Dillon, and Tymber-Macie, they are committed to raising children who know God deeply, walk in spiritual authority, and live unashamed of the Gospel.
Their vision is to extend that same fire to Connect Youth. To disciple a generation that doesn’t wait for influence but walks in it now. They are building bolder, Bible-believing believers.
